Aloki Shah
Aloki is a counselor/case manager on the M3 Team, which is part of the Housing and Homelessness Services at Integral Care. She is also a member of the Communications, Outreach, and Political Committee. She is passionate about ending the War on Drugs and Poverty, free medical and mental health care for all, and labor organizing.

Secretary
Arnold Zimmerman
Arnold is a Health Informatics Coordinator on the OneData team at Integral Care, where he as worked since 2011. Over the years he has served as a case worker, service coordinator, system support specialist, and SharePoint administrator. Arnold has been a member of the union since 2023 and became secretary in 2025. Arnold is originally from Laredo TX. Outside of work and the union, Arnold has a passion for live music and video games.

Cole Weaver
Cole is a Mental Health Peer Specialist at Integral Care. He has lived experience with mental health recovery and use it to support others on their journeys towards recovery. As a member of the union, Cole participates in the Outreach Committee, Political Committee, and holds a seat on the board of the Steering Committee.

Anna-Ruth Lewis
Anna-Ruth joined the Integral Care union & became a board member in January of 2025. She has been employed with Integral Care since 2018 & has served on multiple teams, working with a variety of client populations within Travis County. Anna-Ruth is originally from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma & currently works as a Mental Health Crisis Specialist for MCOT. She is also an LMFT-A & LCDC in the state of Texas.
